Our award-winning service is designed to put the customer first, and provide a first-class response every step of the way.

Going the extra mile

If your client has mobility problems, their driver will be happy to put their meals in the freezer for them. Each driver will spend time with their customers talking them through the cooking process and helping to answer any questions they may have. If required, we can set up a regular order for your client - this is particularly useful if your client requires an order but has forgotten to place one.

Where ever possible, we keep contact details of family or carers, to advise them should we see anything that causes us concern, such as a change in eating habits. Once your client has placed their order, we'll let them know when to expect their delivery. We take care to make sure that the same driver delivers a regular order and in time they often become a trusted friend.

Friendly free delivery

Once your client has placed their order, we'll let them know when to expect their free delivery - if a regular order is required they can expect the same Wiltshire Farm Foods driver for their deliveries, who over time , will become more of a trusted friend.

Come rain or shine and at short

Whatever the weather,our customers are our priority and we are proud to have maintained delivery to them during the snow of last winter. We understand how important it is for your clients to maintain independence in the home, therefore, if you have clients who are being discharged from hospital and need a supply of food, in most cases we are able to make deliveries at short notice for those who really need them.

Peace of mind

Every Wiltshire Farm Foods driver wears a company uniform, carries an official identity card, and has undergone enhanced checking with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). Whilst delivering delicious meals is important, ensuring your clients are safe in their own home is vital.
